HUX wants you to be satisfied with your purchase from us and we understand that you need a reasonable amount of time to feel, experience, and try out the products that you’ve purchased from us. This is why we offer a 30 day risk free return policy on like new products in the original packaging within the contiguous United States. You must return the product in its original packaging so please retain and not discard the original boxes and packaging materials if you believe you will be testing out the product and using your 30-day trial period.


Within the first 30 days from the actual delivered date at your address, you are eligible to return our product if you don’t like it for any reason. HUX will cover return shipping and refund you the full amount you paid for your orders (each items/products have their own 30-day trial period from its actual delivery date). All returns require a Return Authorization Number, issued by our Customer Service Department. Please use the form below to send a message to our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be approved by HUX before sending the product(s) back to HUX.


You must provide HUX customer service photographic evidence that products are still in "like new" condition, and have been properly packed into original packing. Details on how to provide this evidence will be provided when applying for a Return Authorization Number. HUX will issue a full refund upon receiving the product. We typically process returns within 5 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund. HUX reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee for any product (a) not returned in like-new condition, (b) if the product shows more-than-usual wear, or (c) if parts are missing. No refund will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, assembled incorrectly, or abused. 


The ability to return product expires after 30 days so please contact us if circumstances beyond your control require that you need additional time.
